New section for " the square ...": A Gambero Rosso me do it. That small reviews on places to eat well (you can find them easily on the blog by the label " eat well"). Today I am talking about a small restaurant in Tuscany. Cala Pub in town Tripalle , Crespina (Pisa), we easily found via satellite navigation (by the way do not worry, there is a Tripalle only one, ahahaha). The rustic inn is a beautiful place (the room where we ate was equipped with fireplace) where I have to say you can eat really well. Appetizer super abundant (prosciutto, bruschetta, crostini different, even beans and sausage), a good first 
(pasta sauce with mushrooms), and a second (chicken with mushrooms) that we have barely finished eating. The portions are plentiful, all accompanied by excellent house wine, not served by the bottle or jug, but in an old chamber pot (very strange, as you can see from the photo). Nice also the owner, toscanaccio doc, always ready with a joke. Price? 20 euros (including coffee, vin santo, ponchos etc..), Which perhaps may seem a little high, but I must admit that it is really worth. All very good, and as I said before, moltoo abundant. So if you are from the parts of Pisa, I recommend you go out to eat one evening at Cala Pub: Rated 7. Good life and appetite at all ....
