Last sgambatina before the marathon in Rome, I attended the first edition of Paradise Garda Run which was held at 2 km from my house. 15 km mixed flights within a tourist complex with swimming pools and golf courses, and training within the team of Chievo. After the guided tour of the complex comes from dirt roads to go up the hill closer and makes our race difficult to get back to golf and finish with a flourish. I started to try the marathon pace and have fun: after 3 km of talk has taken over the chest and go to (almost) all, 1h 10 min to the final. Well organized race, nice location, and what struck me most: the final refreshment was one of two hotels within the complex, run by excellent and plenty of waiters in uniform! They were astonished: a herd of sweaty, smelly people who stuff themselves ....... At the next race I lobster arrival.
