great experience last Sunday, my first race duathlon fun to me and I reached the result: I did not come last. Race are frequented only by initiates who are training for three disciplines and therefore very competitive. More than honest my performance: 84 ° to 93 men in the overall ranking 9 th out of 13 in the amateur ranks (non-members). I got the 2nd category (there were only 2 though, so last category) In the race I defended village of 1, 5 km 5 ° to 13 in the village bike crash 13 ° to 13 (I have to train the beast to keep up professionals) in the 2nd race population of about 2.5 km at 9 ° 13. do not have time to think: should be done at full speed and nothing else, very good day in total 1hr 14 min. frenzy, a great organization in an environment much more competitive field running race I've attended so far. Do not give up the race but I did a little thought to a sprint triathlon here in my part, I think a little holiday sport triathlon but I will need three years of training between cycling and swimming race.
