Last sgambatina before the marathon in Rome, I attended the first edition of Paradise Garda Run which was held at 2 km from my house. 15 km mixed flights within a tourist complex with swimming pools and golf courses, and training within the team of Chievo. After the guided tour of the complex comes from dirt roads to go up the hill closer and makes our race difficult to get back to golf and finish with a flourish. I started to try the marathon pace and have fun: after 3 km of talk has taken over the chest and go to (almost) all, 1h 10 min to the final. Well organized race, nice location, and what struck me most: the final refreshment was one of two hotels within the complex, run by excellent and plenty of waiters in uniform! They were astonished: a herd of sweaty, smelly people who stuff themselves ....... At the next race I

great experience last Sunday, my first race duathlon fun to me and I reached the result: I did not come last. A few participants made the race difficult and very qualified, hence my fear if they last, to understand the winner during his time as a professional in the team of Pantani. Race are frequented only by initiates who are training for three disciplines and therefore very competitive. More than honest my performance: 84 ° to 93 men in the overall ranking 9 th out of 13 in the amateur ranks (non-members). I got the 2nd category (there were only 2 though, so last category) In the race I defended village of 1, 5 km 5 ° to 13 in the village bike crash 13 ° to 13 (I have to train the beast to keep up professionals) in the 2nd race population of about 2.5 km at 9 ° 13.
